For the Simple Accommodation Business Certificate, there is a right of 1 year after the law is published in the official gazette. Organizations that do not obtain a Simple Accommodation Operating Certificate within the aforementioned legal period cannot be opened and cannot operate. In addition, the Business and Working Licenses of these enterprises are canceled within one month by the authorized administration upon the notification made by the Ministry.
