WHO IS MEHMET YÜCE AND WHAT IS THE TARGET?

I have been working in the Tourism and Hotel Management industry since 1995. As a tourism professional who is in love with my industry and my profession, I spent 18 years as a senior manager. While following the trends in my working life, I also invested in my personal development. While following today's changes, I saw that the hotel management is constantly renewing itself and the guests are keeping up with this change very quickly. I have been providing Professional Consulting services for more than 5 years in order to guide those who will make new investments or renovations of existing hotels, how the needs of the guests have changed, which application will be more effective in which investment. Within the scope of Hotel Investment and Management Consultancy, which I established under my own name in 2015, I chose to guide investors so that they can make the right investment with the right project. I share my experience and knowledge for anyone who humbly asks for support, sometimes as friendly advice and sometimes as expert opinion. Unfortunately, both our city and our country are full of wrong investments made with wrong directions. In my opinion, it is essential that these capitals, which are our national wealth, are planned in the right way at the right time with the right purpose and turned into sustainable healthy investments.

Again, I have created a hotel brand, which is my own project, in economic and sustainable conditions for both the investor and the end user. I put the first investment of our ROOF HOTELS brand, ROOF 264 HOTEL, into service in my hometown SAKARYA in December 2017. Thus, I became a hotel investor and operator.
My goal is to carry my local brand to an international platform and to keep this investment, which will be the trend of the future, alive in the distinguished cities of my country.
