Oğuz Tunçbilek, who completed his Tourism and Hotel Management Training in 1995 in the USA, gained operational experience by working in different departments of hotels until 2005.
He started as a revenue manager at the Hilton London Olympia Hotel in 2005, continued as the Cluster Revenue Manager at the Revenue Management Consolidated Center (RMCC) of the Hilton Hotels in 2009, and rose to the position of Director in the same center in 2014, during which time he continued to work in continental Europe. He has gained experience in revenue management in hotels such as airport, city center, primary destination hotel, secondary destination, beach, fair, golf hotel in England, Middle East and Africa.
Oğuz Tunçbilek, who served as the Senior Regional Revenue Manager for Hilton Turkey Top Class Hotels between 2016 and 2019, established YieldXpert Hotel Revenue Management Consultancy in 2019 and provides expert revenue management support, consultancy, revenue increase-oriented analysis services to hotel owners and hotel managers who want to increase their hotel's revenue, and At the same time, he has been teaching 'Hotel Revenue Management in the Konakalam Sector' course at the Eastern Mediterranean University Faculty of Tourism since 2021.
