On this occasion, there are requests from various parts of our country and even from abroad. To give an example, an investor living in the Netherlands, which has a 4-star hotel with 150 rooms from Aksaray, contacted us last week, stating that he was not satisfied with his operation, that he could not make enough profit for this hotel, and asked us for support on low sales and similar issues. Today, we analyze the hotels of investors and operators with similar demands, correct their problems and act as companions for them.”
We have ongoing projects
Yüce, the Founder of MY Hotel Consulting, who also gave information about the ongoing investments in our city, said, “There are 3 3-star hotels under construction in Sakarya. There are 2 Bungalow facilities in Sapanca that we are working on. We have a 4-star hotel project with 60 rooms in Izmit. We have a Rural Tourism Project in Bursa. We have projects in Sakarya and other provinces that we have negotiated and submitted proposals for," he said.
We made a consultancy agreement
Mehmet Yüce said that apart from these investments, they signed a consultancy agreement for the structuring of tourism facilities and additional facilities to be built in the Bigadiç district municipality of Balıkesir.

Mehmet Yüce said, “We will increase the customer satisfaction and sales quality of Bigadiç Municipality facilities. With the works we will do, we will help Bigadiç to be heard more in the field of tourism throughout the country. At the same time, we are promoting the prominent elements of that region. Analyzes of which diseases the thermal water in the district is beneficial for have appeared in the reports. There are 3 accommodation facilities belonging to the municipality. We have inspected these facilities. There is a thousand-acre national garden project. An airport was built in such a way that small planes could land. Apart from this, there are ponds, restaurants, sports facilities, orchards, caravans and tent camping sites. We are shaping it too. Recently there were discussions with the World Bank on vegetable crops and greenhouse cultivation for production. Greenhouse cultivation will begin for the fruits and vegetables grown there by using the thermal waters. In this context, we will organize national and international fairs, both to develop trade and to make the region a center of attraction for accommodation.”
We will also start greenhouse activities in Bigadiç
Expressing that they believe that greenhouse cultivation will be beneficial for the more qualified operation of tourism facilities, Mehmet Yüce said, “We are also considering starting greenhouse activities on cut flowers with high added value. Some of these are the ideas and projects we have presented to the municipality. As a result of the feasibility studies carried out in the municipality, the local government will decide which one to do or not. Some will be done through the private sector, and some will be done by the municipality. Boron mining operations operate in the same region. At the same time, a gold mine operation is starting soon in Bigadiç. It will also contribute greatly to the region and the facilities in question. As far as I know, no such study has been carried out in our country on shaping and enlarging the existing projects and increasing the tourism potential. This study, which the public took consultancy from the private sector, related to the tourism configuration of the district will be an example for our country. Our country, which is a tourism paradise, needs this. Those who are on the field like us; I believe that everyone will benefit greatly if we work with the private sector, investors, tourists and investment and business consultants who know what to do and experts in this business. I believe that it will be an exemplary project for all provinces and districts. We planned for this project for approximately 2 to 5 years.
